Finally! After a cold start of the month, today we’ve got 24°C/75°F and the sun where warming. We have been in the boat all day except for a few hours thus morning when me and Pelle were on the final meeting of the baby café for this semester.
It felt a bit strange, we aren’t going to attend next semester, so we said goodbye to the other babies and mums. It’s many farewells right now.
We try to keep in mind that it’s a lot of new beginnings as well, so we don’t get saddened by it. And the people who matters are still in our lives, even if there’s going to be fewer meetings.
On Saturday we have been in the water for two weeks and we haven’t been on a premiere trip yet, it starts to feel like the sea is calling on us to take of, at least for a shorter trip to put us to a test. Next week we will leave the keys to the landlord and then we’re off, if the weather is beneficial.
We are working on our YouTube channel and have some editing to do before we can upload a video, if you’re curious please follow us att Sailing S/V Amie we will give you a tour of the boat eventually.
Now the duty is calling, have some sail adjustments to be done while the weather is calm.
Have a great weekend!
